Bud Hettinga’s leadership is based on a commitment to quality. He has over 40 years experience in designing and building industrial, commercial and public work facilities. A native New Mexican, Bud has a strong record of community service, including a term as a Representative in the New Mexico Legislature. He is past Chairman of the Greater Las Cruces Industrial Development Board and has served as a Director of the Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce and of Citizens Bank of Las Cruces. His service as a Commissioner includes New Mexico State Highway Department and the New Mexico Game and Wildlife Commission.
Mark Hettinga has 28 years of experience in all phases of designing, building and general construction industry. Specializing in subdivision development, utility infrastructure, dirt work, and asphalt paving helped Highland Enterprises to become the most well rounded construction company in the area. Mark is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New Mexico and is a qualifying broker for Source Real Estate & Land Development company. As a member of the Homebuilders Association, Mark serves to assist in development issues with the city and county.
Mike Heard has 30 years of experience in commercial and industrial construction. He is specialized in steel erection of commercial and industrial projects, as well as complicated concrete tilt wall buildings. With vision to see what is needed and the ability to price end product accordingly, Mike takes pride in making timely estimates and sound budgets which result in very few change orders.
